Prepare the espresso.
Heat the milk in a small pot until it starts blistering at the edges.
Add the milk to the espresso. 
Use less milk if you want the drink to get a more intense flavor.
Espresso
ground coffee in the filter of your preheated engine and press it to compress.
Switch on your espresso machine.
The time it takes to make it is about 20 seconds for a 40 ml cup.
The correct temperature for making espresso is 85-95 degrees and the pressure of the coffee maker is 15 bar.
Cappuccino
Place your cup under the machine and turn on the water pump turn it off when you have the desired amount of coffee in the cup.
Pour the cold milk into a frozen cup and place it under the coffee maker's nozzle. Open the steam for 10 to 20 seconds. Close it as soon as a thick foam is formed over the milk.
The milk can reach 70-80 degrees,
Empty slowly by making circular movements or with a spoon the foam in the cup with espresso.
Then add warm milk that is left in the bottom of the cup. The ratio for the perfect cappuccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 hot milk and 1/3 froth.
Add sugar, cinnamon or chocolate.
