Ice Cream and Banana Nut
Ingredients
2 bananas, peeled
350 ml almond milk
170 g almond butter
Agave syrup 100 ml
2 tablespoons arrowroot
a pinch of vanilla powder
a pinch of dried ginger powder
a pinch of sea salt all
80 ml coconut milk
3-4 handfuls of nuts
maple syrup (grade C, or B), to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients except nuts and maple syrup in the bowl of your mixer, beat withmixer to be thick
. Put the light cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then remove it, pour it into ice cream maker and process according to your instructions. 30 minutes shouldbe enough to make a creamy, smooth ice cream. Towards the end of the cycle, addthe nuts when the machine has finished processing, remove the ice and divide it intocups or glasses. . Pour some maple syrup over ice and enjoy.
